Behind The Scenes: Jiu Jitsu Post-Workout Pic In Florida



That looks like one TOUGH workout.

Today Henry is giving fans a new behind the scenes glimpse at his Jiu-Jitsu training at Renzo Gracie's academy in South Florida.

It looks like he's ready to kick some serious butt, as we welcome 2017.

P.S. This is what trainer Juan Rodriguez had to say about working with Henry:

"This guy is a natural at Jiu Jitsu. He is picking everything up very fast. I'm so happy to be able to share my Jiu Jitsu with him."

    He's been posting more and more recently, I'm so glad! Hope he keeps it up so people stop whining even if it's not even a selfie and just a landscape.

      Me too ! Though again he shouldn't feel compelled to regularly post just because fans want so. People can whine all they want, if Henrys happy posting once in a while as he's been doing then good for him.

    I've been viewing this website for over a year now and I feel like the person behind it should be much appreciated for taking their time and effort to actually update us on HC and his work. Thank you. Hope we have many more years with you and your website. I should've said this during thanksgiving but I'm so far behind with rl that I forget to bother with much.
