The face of someone enjoying the warmness of South Florida while the rest of us FREEZE (I'm talking to you Santa Ana winds). Gracie Magazine captured this candid moment between Henry and BJJ expert Renzo Gracie this weekend, and we love it!
You may remember Henry visited Gracie's academy over the summer. He's been back to train there several times since taking up Jiu Jitsu in London earlier this year.
Henry also follows Gracie on Instagram. We'll hopefully get to see some of the moves he's been learning, when Justice League is released next November.

A longshot idea I had. What if, in the film, Superman undergoes combat training from Wonder Woman like he did in both the pre-flashpoint/New 52 comics? Henry is learning Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, right? Well, as it turns out, one of the fighting styles Gal Gadot learned in preparation for her role happens to be Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. It's a longshot, I know. But it's a very intriguing one.
ReplyDeleteI've missed your posts Deo always happy to read your theories regarding Supes and the DCEU :)
DeleteI doubt. Although, it does sound good, Zack is sticking to the older comics.
DeleteIt's definitely something to look forward to, Deo. That's a cool theory. But I also wouldn't be surprised if it's someone who you least expect. They've kept everything surrounding Supes so secret this time around, hopefully it stays that way until closer to release.

DeleteMaybe not entirely the older comics. The line-up he chose for the JL, which has Cyborg instead of MM, is from the New 52 and Aquaman's storyline in JL takes cues from "Throne of Atlantis", which is also a New 52 story. But what I've noticed about Zack is that he never takes from one particular era of comics. He pulls from the ENTIRE mythology. In MOS alone, I've seen comics references and influences from Golden Age to the New 52. BVS, same thing, but more. Either way, at some point or another, Supes does eventually learn proper H2H combat...
Sweet thanks for sharingwith me
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing a fun pic of Henry and his friend.
ReplyDeletethat's a great long shot idea though! I love it! and yes HCN it's freezing here too! we just got our first snow fall burrrrr!!!! stay warm everyone and thanks for sharing that pic it's great!

Okay. Maybe freezing was a bit of an exaggeration. Stay warm up there!
DeleteUgh it rarely snows in London! Please send some here :'c
DeleteAw this is how I love to see Henry, all smiles!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting xx
I also loved to see him in a playful, goofing mood.
ReplyDeleteHas Henry had some work done? Not in a rude way but his hair looks fuller and thicker and his teeth look whiter not that he had anything to fix. He looks amazing!!!!! I guess that Florida sunshine does wonders. I'm glad he's having fun.
ReplyDeleteHmmm... I don't think he's had "work done" I think he's finally able to relax a bit from filming... He enjoying the sun! and to me he seems very happy. Good on him I say. Nicole :)
DeleteNot using so much hair gel and whitening your teeth does not equate to having "work done". thats basically daily maintenance lol. Even if he did/does, does it really matter? He's still the same old Henry we love..
DeleteAnonymous December 9, 2016 at 12:05 AM - I don't think Anonymous December 8, 2016 at 5:17 PM was disregarding that fact that he's still the same Henry it was a general question I don't think they meant any harm. And in regards to his hair and teeth if he did have something done surely that fall under cosmetic surgery. I think he's just chilling out and having a good time with friends and family.
DeleteHe got a tan.
DeleteYou lot are being picky over someting so irrelevant smh
